CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL (CAH)
This Medicare DDE remote project for an OK hospitals with low net revenues. In addition, the RTP's aged and current inventory needed daily resolutions. Working with Medicare team , in less than 6 months increase revenues from $1.1 million to $4.8 millions. In addition, found aged payable RTP's denials that did not need appeals only voids, cancels, and corrections that increase monthly revenues.
REGIONAL HOSPITAL
The Medicare DDE remote project was a Texas hospital with hundreds of complex RTP's denial unresolved such as 72-hour rules, MSP denials, unworked appeals, hospice denials and eligibility denials. In 12 months increase recovery and revenues from $1.3 million to $5.2 million. At the end of the year 12/31/2018 the Medicare RTP denials were zero in T-Status.
AGED HOSPITAL/PHYSICIAN DENIALS
The Medicare and Commercial remote follow project for 7 New York Hospitals. The AR project consisted of aged from 90 days to 3 years, closed/paid, denials and underpayments. The recovery audit found over $90 million claims not paid according to contractual agreements. Also uncovered incorrect payments using variance analysis. Experience negotiating with payers setting up claims projects.
MEDICARE RTP'S PT DENIALS
The Medicare DDE and Commercial Florida recovery projects retrospective reviews of paid claims, denials and underpayments. The facility had problems with Medicare denials with low revenues. In less than a year increase revenues from billing and follow-up from $900k to $2.7 million and projected $32.7 in 12 months. Experience third party follow while negotiating expedited payments.
